Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original containers, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship It Back
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
